Tortuga Flats, a Mexican Icehouse, was inspired from southern and coastal Mexican culinary arts. The design of the space ties back to its deep Mexican inspiration, creating a positive and inviting twist. The restaurant consists of a kitchen with wood fired cooking, large open dining rooms, and a private dining room fused with a Mexican theme. The open restaurant has custom millwork, modern hostess wall, walk around bar with Hill Country mesquite bar tops, and a high tech sound system for large parties and game day events. The large patio uses a water feature and fire pit to create a relaxing dining experience, all under a covered wooden and steel canopy.
