As Operations Manager, Richard will provide oversight and assist project teams through the course of construction. He will assist project teams in creating project strategies based on the project requirements and existing conditions. He will evaluate and monitor operational procedures efficiencies and productivity. Richard will oversee quality control, client satisfaction, and assign resources as needed to ensure maximum success on every project.
