Boon-Chapman has over 50 years of experience serving the needs of employer groups; however, they know that one size does not fit all. When it came to upgrading and relocating their headquarters, design and innovation was not spared with this new build out.

This space incorporates over 30 individual offices, multiple training rooms, large IT Data center, multiple conference rooms, high-end break room, and open offices to occupy over 100 employees in a streamlined fashion. This tenant improvement was completed in less than six weeks.

 

The space includes expansion for a future clinic for on site medical professionals and nursing stations. With a very efficient and modern MEP system, 13 RTUs cool the space, and large pendants accentuate the exposed structure and modern aesthetics to tie in both a relaxing environment and efficiency.
