This was a renovation of an outdated health club for the tenants in the 100 Congress Building in downtown Austin. Scope includes the complete demolition of the existing floors, walls and ceilings in the space including all MEP fixture and devices. The build back portion consists of updated and upgraded flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, ceramic tile, new lockers, benches and millwork. Also the MEP system has been completely upgraded to new building standards.
