This project is a single tenant renovation, which included architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection modifications. The renovation included wall talkers in every conference and work room, private phone rooms in waiting/reception areas, custom millwork, interactive video monitors in every conference room, video, large break room with serving area and adjacent game room, collaboration rooms with entertainment video system, employee shower room, executive huddle rooms, reception desk and custom lighted monument sign at reception, open office design with open ceilings and directional lighting in open office areas.
