This tenant finish-out was completed on an extremely tight 8 week schedule. Structura worked with the client and architect to expedite long-lead items such as air handlers and stain-grade millwork. Because the space was in an occupied building, we scheduled noise-producing work after-hours.

 

Featuring butt-glazed glass partitions, a back-lit mahogany feature wall, diamond-ground concrete flooring, sheetrock lighting alcoves, concrete countertops and stunning radius walls throughout, this project was a challenge and a pleasure to complete on time for Stream Realty.
