The Strasburger law firm consists of 44 offices, 10 meeting rooms, 4 breakrooms and 6 conference rooms with high end finishes. This project was 25% renovation and 75% tenant build out new construction. The architectural design is very modern with open to concrete deck ceilings, reclaimed pine portals and leather belt accent walls throughout. The project was completed in 12 weeks, on schedule.

The most challenging portions of the project were procurement of special finish materials within an aggressive schedule and coordinating the lighting, duct work and sprinkler line layout with the existing structural deck above.
