Steve’s 20 years of experience in the construction industry provide him with the knowledge and judgment to manage projects and people efficiently and proactively. He has developed projects in the public realm, corporate, retail, education, medical and other markets ranging from tenant build-outs and renovations to ground-up facilities. Steve treats every project with a tactical approach. Through organization, problem-solving, and persistence, clients are always left feeling that their project is in reliable hands. In addition, Steve frequently meets with his project teams to ensure everyone has the support they need to build the best product for our clients. Communication is his key to success in ensuring that his teams deliver first-class projects on time, within budget, and with the highest level of client satisfaction.
