SpareFoot

Sparefoot is a tenant finish out in an existing building. The most unique features of the space are a storage room roll up door that closes off a conference room space and a deco wall that used corrugated metal siding with the corrugations running horizontally. The space utilized existing light fixtures and millwork for the kitchen area and reception areas.
