This ground-up building has a brick exterior with a standing seam roof designed to withstand the Texas heat. The interior of the bank is light and airy, providing all the functional areas that a branch bank needs including lobby, waiting area, greeter kiosk, teller area, training room, break room and a 916 SF back-of-house operations area. The eight offices feature glass panels to provide privacy while maintaining an open appearance. The project included site improvements with three drive-thru teller lanes and 50 parking spots.
