National Western Life Insurance selected Structura to help them create their new corporate headquarters when they purchased the Braker Point III building. This project was completed within an aggressive 15 week schedule with crews working 12-hour days, six days a week. The project kicked off with extensive demolition throughout existing spaces on the first, second, sixth and seventh floors while the building was tenant occupied. This finish out included an executive suite, 75 offices, 9 meeting rooms, 10 huddle rooms, space for 240 workstations, 2 lunch rooms and a training room with a sound proof movable partition. The new smart server room includes a UPS system, CRAC unit and computer racks. Elevator lobbies also received an update.
