The Medical Towers at Sawyer Ranch is a state-of-the-art, multi-tenant medical facility in the heart of central Texas. Located in Dripping Springs, Texas, this 37,000 SF structural steel facility on a 4.2 acre site, provides premiere medical space for 9 private medical practices. Austin-based real estate investment firm, Hat-Trick Development selected Structura as the design-build partner and Structura teamed up with BSA LifeStructures (H+sp Architects) as the architect on the facility. In spite of weather caused delays, the building was completed on time. Interior finish out included suites for dermatology, a pharmacy, physical therapy, ophthalmology, orthopedics, a timeshare suite and urgent care.
