Structura demolished the entire lobby level and built out new tenant space for Mass Relevance. To keep the look and character of the building, much of the brick and concrete structure has been left exposed. During demolition, we exposed terrazzo flooring from the original construction which the owner and architect decided to refurbish as finished floor. The space was separated into 4 suites and an added shower facility. The project was split into 2 phases, both with 8 week construction schedules.
