This project was a fast tracked 14 week design-build. It was a 11,000 SF build-out with higher end finishes and several specialty items, including a training auditorium. We also installed a 10,000 SF mezzanine for future expansion, 20 ton crane, fm 200 suppression system in the IT room, and wall sawed for multiple window openings in the tilt wall. There have been multiple specialty upgrade projects to the facility (i.e. supplying a structural platform to support a 200,000 LBS steam turbine).
