This project, spanning over 200 acres, was awarded to Structura in part because of our employees’ previous experience with the site and strong relationship with the client and consultants.

Hired to separate sections of the campus, Structura engaged in proactive pricing exercises to stay within the client’s budget throughout the project. Entrusted to modify architectural and structural building components, industrial piping, high voltage electrical equipment, and underground utilities, we also provided new sitework and completed the interior renovations for a relocated activity center. Project included a 6,000 SF fitness center with locker rooms.

Originally a 6 month schedule, in the last two months the project was accelerated to successfully shave a month off of the project’s duration.
