Interior remodel on the 1st floor of the Colonnade Centre. Project highlights included a 14-week schedule. The project consisted of demolition of existing electrical, mechanical, plumbing and finishes. New work included exposed wood timber structure, high-end millwork finishes, frameless glass Conference Rooms, Audio-Visual Systems, Intricate Reception Desk, Stone Tile Wall Features, Executive Offices, and Open Workstation Area. MEP systems included new LED lighting, dedicated lighting controls and HVAC DDC system.
