Structura provided construction services for a 140,000 SF Veterans Affairs administration building located in Waco, TX. This five-phased project started in June of 2019 and was completed December of 2020. The project consists of complete demolition back to the shell structure and a 100% build back which consists of break rooms, offices, open office space, conference rooms, waiting area and interview rooms. The existing building employs approximately 700 people that were present in the building during construction.
