Comerica Bank

In April of 2010, Comerica Bank dedicated its first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) facility in Austin, the 35th Jefferson Banking Center, located at 1701 W. 35th Street.

Structura’s experienced LEED professionals were able to provide Comerica with sustainable products and services including energy reducing plumbing fixtures and roofing materials, low VOC paints, low VOC adhesives, low VOC sealants, and all the required documentations.

The result is a beautifully constructed banking facility with ongoing energy savings being realized by the tenant.
