CDM Resource Management
This project is a two floor tenant renovation in an existing office building, which consisted of gutting the entire level 6 and 7. The new space included offices on the entire perimeter of both floors with mixed conference rooms and offices on the interior portion. All rooms have storefront glass. The main feature of this project was the addition of an ornamental staircase connecting the floors. The stairs and support beams were brought through the exterior glazing system on level 6. Other rooms for this project included IT rooms, mechanical rooms and a conference center with dividing partitions.
